7.1 Ownership of AI outputs

Content generated by PinForge AI's AI features (titles, descriptions, hashtags, alt text) based on your inputs is yours. You own the outputs and may use them for any lawful purpose. AI models can generate inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). PinForge AI is not liable for any inaccurate product claims, false statements, or misleading information generated by AI models that you post on Pinterest.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the images, text, and other content you upload to PinForge AI. By uploading content, you grant PinForge AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.2 PinForge AI's IP

PinForge AI, its logo, design, software, and documentation are owned by PinForge AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about PinForge AI, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback in any way we choose, without obligation to you.

9. Subscriptions & billing

9.1 Paid plans

Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

9.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

9.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. No refunds are issued for partial months on monthly plans. Annual plan refunds (after 14 days) may be prorated at our discretion.

9.4 Price changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

9.5 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days. After that, your account may be downgraded to the free plan. Your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you can resubscribe to restore full access.

10. Free plan

The free Starter plan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify the free plan's features, limits, or availability at any time with reasonable notice. The free plan is intended for individual use — using the free plan to provide commercial services to multiple clients is not permitted without a paid plan.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support@pinforgeai.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days subject to our data retention policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
